Meet our very own team of Professional Real Estate Trainers. The RES Course will be conducted by our Key Executive Officer and Principal Trainer, David Huan who has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry and/or other qualified trainers to provide better and professional training in every aspect. Some of our tools to achieve the desired learning outcomes of the course include guided instructions and a test bank of past RES Exam Model Questions & Answers, accelerated learning techniques, etc. for our participants to reinforce their learning and improve memory encoding storage and retrieval after each lesson and during the exams.

JUNE FOO

June graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) from National University of Singapore. She is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified.

Since 2014, June has been serving SMEs in sourcing for business and commercial spaces. She was the sector leader for marketing JTC’s portfolio of industrial properties. Her work required leads generation, marketing and securing of new tenants. Her team secured more than 50% of the new tenancies in JTC appointed buildings in 2019 and 2020. She also has years of experience in assisting companies to acquire factory spaces and set up new operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

She has also conducted training lessons for JTC Corporation and her previous agency on; Strategic Prospecting and Marketing of Industrial Spaces, Industrial Rental Procedures, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Winning Sales and Negotiation Techniques.

TAN SIAH YONG

Siah Yong was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1982.
His academic qualifications are: LLB (Hons.) Singapore; Diploma in Business Law; Diploma in Management Consultancy and MBA; LLM Singapore and Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration.
He is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He is also a Fellow, and was a Council Member, of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators; a Panel Member of the Panel of Arbitrators, both the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. From 2007 to 2011 he was engaged as a Consultant by the Asian Development Bank for their arbitration project in the Kingdom of Cambodia. He is an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediator Centre and was a Member of the Singapore Tourism Board Fair Trading Review Panel. He is in the panel of solicitors of the Singapore Legal Aid Bureau and also with the Subordinate Courts.
Siah Yong’s area of practice is Civil and Commercial law. He is now a Director practising with a law firm.

JEYABALEN

Jeyabalen is a Senior Member in the Singapore Bar with 26 years of practice as at to-date.
His qualifications are: LLB (Hons) University of London; LLM University of Hull; Barrister-at-Law of the Inner Temple, London; Advocate & Solicitor, Supreme Court, Singapore and Barrister & Solicitor, Canberra, Australia.
His areas of practice are: Commercial Litigation; Drafting of various types of Agreements; Intellectual Property; Conveyancing work in property transactions; Criminal Practice; Workmen Compensation and personal injuries cases; Building & Construction; Arbitration advocacy; Divorce & Family related matters; Adoption applications; Landlord & Tenancy; Bankruptcy & Winding-up matters; Common Law; Court Advocacy work.
Jeyabalen has acted for foreign clients on an ad hoc basis over the years.
Jeyabalen has also taught law extensively both in Singapore & Malaysia and conducted Corporate Legal Seminars.

DANIEL ONG

Daniel has a Diploma in Business Administration and Major in Marketing from the Singapore Polytechnic; Bachelor of Media (Visual Media) and Major in Film Production from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Some of Daniel’s employment history is: From 2007-2009 he was the Marketing Director and awarded Top Producer. From 2009-2012 he was the Vice President with well known real estate companies leading and mentoring a team of real estate salespersons and again awarded Top Producer; currently he is the Senior Division Director with a medium sized real estate firm leading and mentoring a team of real estate salespersons. He is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified.
He has also conducted training lessons in his previous and present Agencies on: Selling & Buying of HDB residential flats, Leasing of HDB flats, Sales & Purchase of private properties, Productivity & Innovative Credit.
Daniel is fluent in English and Mandarin and proficient in Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay.

VANESSA TERK

Vanessa has a Diploma in Building Management and has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than 32 years. She is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified. She has several years of training and coaching experience.
She operates a property consultancy with a single-minded focus on delivering our clients' requests. Her vast experience include commercial building, good-class bungalows and investment sales transactions in the prime districts of Singapore.
Her clientele range from Prominent Persons, Organs of the State and listed company CEOs to HDB heartlanders and sole proprietors.
Integrity, professionalism and service has always been the heart of her service.
